This is usually how a guitar chord will be written:

Remember, if the chord in your song has an 'm' after it, you need to look at the MINOR version. i.e. Bm = B Minor.

Don't play the strings with crosses above them. They won't fit with the chord.
When a string has an O above it, it means you should play it without your finger on any frets.
