Jet were formed in Melbourne in 2001.

They released 3 studio albums: Get Born (2003), Shine On (2006) & Shaka Rock (2009).

Their most famous single is 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl', which was voted number 1 in the 2003 Triple J Hottest 100 contest.
